Believed to be the building plans for the boat house for the Coast Guard Station on Peanut Island. This blueprint is labeled Station Mosquito Lagoon, which was the former name for the Coast Guard Station at Ponce de Leon Inlet just north of New Smyrna Beach, a considerable distance north of Lake Worth Inlet. How the blueprint ended up at Lake Worth Inlet is unknown but stations of that era were of a pretty standard design and perhaps Lake Worth Inlet was built to Mosquito Lagoon's specifications.
