This meet is always a blast. Seeing some of these guys shooting down the track just inches above a screaming nitro-burning mill sends a shiver down my back. Of course the rush must be incredible for them, and they don't have time to think about the danger. Lots of nice bikes in the parking lot, too. Did I mention beer? Probably more than at any other Woodburn event, and it still sells out sometimes.
Drag racing is fun because it includes people from their teens into the nineties, and that also holds true for the Harley racers.
