Ha, love it! We've had a lot of black bears around here too in NJ recently, until they shot most of them in the past two years to protect our darling residents from inconvenience. Vote.

Great gallery, Ashley. Some of those are really works of art. Not sure whether I would have shot them with a camera or run for the hills. Glad you chose the former.

Great shots Ashley! I live in a bear country also and been walking the trails but haven't seen one yet.
How's the 30D performance? Can you give me some feedback. I'm planning to get one for an upcoming wedding.

I use a Canon 30D with a 100-400mm Zoom Lens. These shots are from Northern Ontario, Canada
