There have been times when I have used oils, charcoal, or watercolour to
quickly sketch a subject - mainly landscape, buildings, and the figure. I find it is
a nice change, and a good discipline for creating composition and light and shade.
And there are times when a notepad and pen are sufficient to jot down a
few thoughts - forming some order in the chaos.

I have also used Polaroid for image transfer and image lift. One of my next 'projects' is
palladium contact prints at 8x10 size - from digital negatives. That may be delayed by
experiments with developers and film. It's about time I used Coffee and Washing Soda again! ;-)
