This photo shows the general layout of the controls after the modofication is complete. Things are pretty cramped because I didn't want to have to route the control cavity any larger than I did.

In an ideal world I would have a Les Paul style control layout for the magnetic pickups. As it stands I have a total of 3 regular pots, 2 push-pull pots, and four switches. A possible alternate solution would be to go with concentric pots for the magnetic volume and tone, adding another toggle for coil tapping.
