This is the first time we saw this fruit after leaving Indonesia in 1970. I had to have it and I had to take pictures of this delicous but stinky fruit. It is similar to more common jackfruit but to me it tastes even better. Maybe because it is so seldom. You can eat it raw just like that or you can fry that with a mix of dough. I prefer eating that raw and really, there is no need to take in additional grease, too.
