I was shocked to see Chris this way but am so glad he has recovered.Annette

Fine now but a six month recovery. The moral of the story - alway wear a helmet when riding a bicycle. He' d have died otherwise. When you're hit at 80kph (50mph) it's usually fatal. Only the helmet and his fitness saved him.
