The pictures were taken with a Canon 20D on a Tripod using ISO 100, Parameter 2, speed 1/250 with external flash (Metz 54MZ-4), mirror lock-up and timer release.
The close pictures are from about 35cm from subject and the far are from 2.4m.
Only post processing done is Autolevels in Photoshop.
