Beth-Lehem of Galilee is a very small village half way between
Mt. Carmel
and Nazareth. Historically, some very renowned archeologists claim that
Beth-Lehem of Galilee was the birth place of Jesus and NOT Beth-Lehem of Judea,
near Jerusalem. In any event, today this is a very picturesque village in
southern Galilee,
built on the foundations of a German settlers settlement from the beginning of
the 20th century,
known as the Templars.
