This man wouldn't look out of place in Indonesia. Rather suprisingly, the first inhabitants of Madagascar are generally accepted to have sailed all the way from Borneo within the last 2000 years (and not crossed the relatively narrow Mozambique Channel that separtes Madagascar from the African continent).
