This is Sandi from El Pomo, a small town in rural Valle del Cauca, Colombia. She goes to school with her sisters because her mon works all day in the fields and can not babysit her. The trek from her house to El Pomo school is about 18 miles one way. When I asked her if she gets tired she said she wouldn't if her sisters slow down a bit. She was not in a good mood because " El Marron " ( Brownie ) her sister's dog ate one of her dolls.
