...This is the real deal. The mesh material for the engine bay as used by the factory 914-6 GT. This particular piece I have came from Dr. Gagnon who was gracious enough to sell me several years ago. Since then, I have yet to see another like it offered for sale, anywhere.

You can form your own opinion, but if this is not convincing enough for you, I don't know what is.
