These photographs are that of an actual 906 Racing Crankshaft which were sent to me by Olivier, located in Paris, France. If you look carefully at these photos, you will note some performance modifications implemented at the Porsche factory racing department such as larger lubrication holes in the journals, lighten and cross-drilled counter-weights, etc. As can be observed, the 906 crankshaft is significantly different than standard crankshafts used in production Porsche cars. This is what we call a "trick" racing crank!
