I'm still waiting for the official Porsche Certificate of Authenticity - now over 7 months late. But we all agree that the car 9141430233 was build in Tangerine as a model year 1971, first sold to the Porsche dealer ship Hahn in Stuttgart and then sold to my old friend Erich Strenger in 1973. Erich sold the car to me in 1988. Three options are listed as installed by the factory: M417 Competition Option Group (wider steel fenders, 6Jx15 Fuchs alloys, longer wheel mounting bolts plus spacers), 404 (Front and rear stabilizer bars) and 570 (Center seat cushion). The center seat cushion was later taking out when the seats were replaced with Recaro fiber glass sports seats. I kept the car as original as possible, installed only 911S brakes, sideshifter and most lately Koni adjustable gas shocks rear and front. Optically, the car is in great condition, all rubber seals adn gaskets have been replaced, the paint has a deep luster. In addition, the Fuchs alloys are completely restored and the car has new rubber all around. So its basically a 914/6 with a factory installed M417 Competition package in great condition after 36 years. What could it be worth? And where would you suggest I should advertise the car beyond Panorama? Your expert advise is greatly appreciated! Cheers Gerhard

In the mean time I collected some more info on the car to share among enthusisasts. Unfortunately I still have not found the original documents on the car ncluding engine size and gearbox. I believe the engine is the original 2,4 l engine with gearbox (but 2.0 could also be the case). The car has no swaybars in the front or in the rear. As soon as I find more info, I let you know.
