Hi Eric and thank you for the post! ...but to be 100% correct, the plastic light cover used by the Porsche factory back in the day on the 914-6 GT was gray in colorhttp://www.pbase.com/9146gt/image/25355005 and not the newer shiny chrome replacementshttp://www.pbase.com/9146gt/image/119241385 Most people don't care, but to be exact, is always nice to know the details. One can look for these early license plate illumination lamps at a BMW junk yard, etc.

Is there a supplier for these lights? I believe that Hella doesn't produce them. Maybe there is a nice reproduction? If you have info, please respond to; hk_fan ad zonnet dot nl Thanks in advance. Peter
