Porsche 914-6 GT - sn 914.043.1034

...This 914-6 GT was originally delivered to Werner Kastner and shortly thereafter sold to Dieter Bohnhrst in around 1972. The GT participated in numerous races during the 70s'.

Do you know the current owner or whereabouts of this 914-6 GT? Also, if you or someone you know has any additional information about the car, please be sure to forward it to me. Thanks!

Im the Son of Dieter Bohnhorst and have a alot of pics and also the original "Wagenpass" of the GT and im wondering that some people say they own this car.

Hello Armando,

Images in the plant as a supplement to Customers original vehicle 914 / 6 GT "SportKit" ex Werner Kastner, ex Bohnhrst (914 043 1034).

The GT had the original canary yellow color (2910).

1971 ran it under Werner Kastner and Engelbert Lips, about 12 races.

From 1972 to 1974, he served as second Jägermeister - 914 / 6 under Dieter Bohnhorst in about 40 races.

Hi Armando,

Every now and than I'm browsing your superb 914-6 GT pages. Now that I'm looking for info of a special GT, I can't find anything. So I thought, maybe you could help?

It's VIN 914 0 43 1034 (canary yellow), originally delivered to Werner Kastner (Cologne), sold to Dieter Bohnhorst before 1972. He raced it at Wolfenbuettel (Germany) in 1972, number 189. I only have a photo of a 1/43 miniature which I was told to be almost authentic. It looks like the Dante Design / Urs Brunner car in your gallery.

I'd appreceate every info or photo material I could get on this GT. Many thanks in advance and Happy Easter!
