Hi Armando, Just got photos from Karl Hloch of clone engine for car.

Using early 901thick case, fitted oil injectors under cylinders, high compression pistons made by Mahle, lightweight crank in conjunction with heavy flywheel, centre fed ‘R’ cams, built to 2 litre ‘R’ spec with twin plug heads.

Hope to start original magnesium case engine build next year when recession lifts.

Hi Armando, I hope you are well and surviving the economic downturn. I thought I would send you some updated photos.

The tank was completey rotten and beyond economic repair, so we had a fuel cell made for it, so we can use the original outer shell.

I found a heat shield and will attach some photos of the correct one.
