UPDATE! Bjorn, you were correct. The photos in these two gallerie are of the same car. Now we know who's paying attention! ;)

Hello Bjorn, I'll take a look at the photos you mentioned. Still looking for the chassis s/n, history, more detailed photos, etc. I know what you mean and how it feels when you said "It makes me feel like a kid in a candy store!" as that's exactly how I feel when I come across some of the many 914-6 GT factory parts I buy. Thank you for the complimentary words about my GT site. It makes it all worth it! ; )

Great website. I've been frequenting your site every day for the last six months and am constantly amazed at the work you have put in to archiving the GT cars. Thank you for the invaluable resource.
The reason I am posting is that the I believe the unknown GT is the Roock Racing car. I may be mistaken, but I have been commparing photos for the last half hour and it sure looks to be the same car. If this isn't the same car then it is a very exact copy, compare photos 120803-01 and the first picture in the "unknown GT" galleryand you'll see what I mean.
Hope this helps you out and once again thank you for the great site, It makes me feel like a kid in a candy store!
