Hi Cristine. Thank you for your kind comments. As for these particular feathered friends, not much chance they will visit you, but you can visit them at any of your wonderful local zoos. However, most all of the wild birds in my Birds of the Western US gallery are easily lured at least within binocular range! Don't give up early on feeding...remember that soon all the northern species will be needing a power boost in your backyard for the remainder of their southward migration! Variety is the spice of life....and a great way to lure birds in! :o)

I have just started feeding our wild birds. Thus far, none of these lovlies have appeared. I have limited out on brown sparrows, I do believe :). Fabulous captures and I love those vibrant outfits your birds sport. I live in Southern California. Any chance these may visit me? Kindest regards, cristine
