How do you add a photo in Photoshop Elements or Photoshop or do special effects?
First, if you are new to photo-manipulation I would recommend you use the jpg file versions of the templates for simplicity. I don't have photoshop elements or photoshop (I use Corel Photopaint) so I won't be able to tell you exactly what to do click by click; but in most photo-manipulation programs the process would go something like this (you can probably get the precise details by going to the help menu in your Photoshop Elements or whatever program you are using). Open the jpg template in your photo-manipulation program, then open (without closing the template) the picture you want to insert, then go to the heading "select" and pick "all" (in some programs you may not need to do this), then go to the heading "Edit" and select "copy" you can now close this picture as you have it on the clip board. Now go to edit and select paste. Now you can position your picture using the move tool, (hold your mouse over the tool and wait a second it'll give you the name of the tool, select the tool by clicking it) with the move tool you'll be able to place the image anywhere you wish in the template. Go to the heading edit and select transform then scale, now by dragging on the corners you can resize your pasted in image, and you can reposition it by clicking and dragging the center of the image. When you have it as you wish hit the enter key on your keyboard and then save and print it. I'm sorry but I don't have the time to give photo manipulation tutorials for the many functions/effects these programs are capable of, but there are built in guides and help menus (just press the F1 key) or visit the many web-pages dedicated to this by others.
