This US style calendar template (4400 x 6600 pixels 220 dpi) is an easy way to create a custom poster calendar. Simply resize 12 of your landscape favorite images to 1280 x 960 at 220 dpi and then paste them in over the guide lines/guide rectangles making sure to full cover them (it is wise to zoom in to 100% to verify the precise location of each image to prevent edges of the guide from showing in your final printed product, then and save the resulting file. If you use images smaller than specified I recommend deleting the guide rectangle before inserting your image. This template is designed specifically to exploit the 20" x 30" poster sized prints offered by a variety of online photo services. When printed at this size the individual pictures will be 5.8" x 4.4". Use 183 dpi instead of 220 dpi for a 24" x 36" prints. Use 350 dpi instead of 220 dpi for 13" x 19" prints, and 400dpi instead of 220 dpi for 11" x 17" prints. 11" x 17" is the lowest size at which this template should be printed so that the days can be read comfortably. Most cameras produce images with a 3:4 image aspect ratio and the images required for this template utilize this aspect ratio. If you do upload your photos, it is wise to remove the check mark from the zoom and trim box if one is present on the ordering page, so you do not lose important details in the periphery of the picture like some of the days of the year.
