How do I download/save a file to my computer?

I can't download the 'ORIGINAL' size templates, what's wrong?

I can't download the templates and I'm not using IE as my browser!

I have downloaded the templates and something is wrong with them. They appear:-
Too small!
They appear as negatives!
They won't open in most picture manipulation programs!
My program says unrecognised JPG format!
When I save it as a GIF, PhotoShop won't open it!

I would like the templates as JPG files, why are you using GIF files (with transparent backgrounds)?

The image prints much larger than you specified!

There's something wrong with the image parts are missing (Photo-a-day PAD templates especially)!

How do I use the transparent background?

How do you do add a photo or do special effects in Photoshop etc?

I'm having problems could you just e-mail me the lot (as the file type of my choice)!

Give me your templates as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator file types... etc

Do you have any pre-made completed calendars like some of your examples for download or for sale at this or another site?

I have seen calendars using your templates elsewhere for sale. Do you make money out of this?
