Broom rides
The September Scavenger hunt today was Broom or Sunset...so tonight at sunset I made a photo of my daughter practicing her broom riding techniques. She is getting better, only fell off once tonight.

Softball at night
The Scavenger hunt for today was Night or the Color Purple. I first made a pretty bad photo of the Direct TV listing with the movie "The Color Purple" highlighted, but decided I could do better than that so after nightfall I hit the road looking for something to shoot. I saw this softball game in Nolensville. I had a lot of fun shooting "atmosphere" shots. Is much easier with digital than when I used to have to shoot this stuff for the newspapers on film.

My Eyes
Todays Scavenger Hunt photo was eyes or feet. I used this as a good excuse to get a photo of my favorite camera, my "Classic" Leica M6. I have my Voigtlander 12mm Ultra Wide Heliar with finder on it for the photo. The 12mm lens is a fun lens which when used correctly can yield some very dramatic effects.
Here you can seem me holding my camera slightly "off" on the vertical...for some reason I always seem to do this. I have grid screens in my EOS1 Bodies to help with this problem. Guess I am just a little crooked. LOL

Signs
Today I was walking through Kroger and my camera slipped over this sign. Set it for a real spin it did.

Look Up
Today's theme in the September Scavenger Hunt was "Look Up or Lace" I choose look up. As I was walking into Vanderbilt for a photo shoot today I fell down a flight of stairs and my camera went off. This is the result. Lucky I have a hard head and the only damage was some chipped concrete on the steps.
No I did not really fall...I simply forgot how to hold my camera level.
