Vina del Mar is Chile's most famous resort city. It is located near Valparaiso, but has little else in common with Valparaiso. Where Valparaiso is mostly run down and a bit seedy, Vina del Mar has well kept homes and apartments, more green areas, and nice beaches. However, Vina del Mar is often cloudy, as it was on the day these photos were taken, so don't expect to work on your tan.
