The best sights on the Great Barrier Reef are underwater. Unfortunately, I don't have an underwater camera. I do think the view of the reef from the boat and from the air are interesting, however, so decide for yourself. I visited the Great Barrier Reef on Mike Ball's Supersport liveaboard dive boat, which traveled from Cairns to Lizard Island with stops for dives at famous dive sites such as The Cod Hole.
