(Wild Geranium)

Home

A rhizomatous erect perennial from 12"-30" tall with
multiple pink to purplish blooms (on an open cyme) each
having 5 sepals, 5 petals, 10 stamen and a pistil with
5 divisions at the tip (typical of the Geranium family).
Found blooming from April-June throughout Tennessee and
the eastern United States in rich open woodlands.
