Kingston Springs, TN

This is one part of a three image series studying the early sunlight's
effect on the same Red Maple. This image is taken standing with the
sun directly to my right. The sky really shows the impact on the
circular polarizing filter as the angle shifts.

Beautiful image! Great colors! I like the light filtering in from the right, and the great shadows of the trees across the bed of leaves.

Wonderful images Scott, I love the winding road with all the gorgeous colors of leaves in your main photograph. You have really created a very peaceful and tranquil feeling, nice capture.

Nice series Scott, the polarizing filter does make a difference. I take most of my shots with one on. I do prefer your first because of the color and composition.
