Glowing Beauty

May 2

Ft. Walton Pier

I watched the sunset glowing on my wife's skin and wondered what I ever did to deserve her. She is my beautiful angel!

Very nice lighting and beautiful subject. Sometimes it's worth the wait for those sunsets.

Perfect light...and perfect message to your wife! Surfers in background add a little touch int the picture...very nice!

Scott - this is a beautiful portrait! (and such a sweet message! every girl loves reading something like that :)) I disagree with Shu - I think the surfers in the background add to the mood and the scene without taking any of the focus away from your wife. It helps that she's looking away from the surfers - moves the eye around the image. And obviously, great light here, too.

What a wonderful shot and terrific sentiment. You captured the light perfectly -- the glow is amazing. I like the composition, too, with her looking slightly out of the frame and the railing forming a nice leading line across the frame.

Lovely shot and great commentary. Keep the focus on your gal by cloning out the surfer distractions on the water! Shu
