With the foundations in front of me, the Harpeth High
School football field/field house just beyond, creek
(now much deeper but back to a normal flow) flowing
away to the Harpeth River out of the left side of the
frame and Highway 249 off to the right side taking a
newer look at the remains of these homes overtaken by
the Harpeth River taking a "short cut" when it crested
over a 30'-35' bluff through this area.
