In 1972 Hurricane Agnes made her way to the Southern Tier of New York state and I remember helping out down there afterward and it looked just like this. People's possessions soaked and rotting along the streets - so sad to witness.

Awful damages, greatv reportage photos.
Right now in Southern part of Poland we have a very big flood, over 2300 people were already evacuated and 4 lost their lives. The water is still rising and rain doesn't stop.
