...I came by it honestly. Quote from Dad's Memories...

"I worked for Daddy in the store (Athens, GA) one
summer and hardly spent money on anything else to
save $75.00 to buy an Argus C-3, 35mm camera. The
slides I made with that camera of Charleston (SC)
gardens made it to Europe and were shown at the
International Conference of ASLA by Dean Owens of
the Landscape Architecture School at Georgia."

Sorry for your loss, that's never easy. My dad used to smoke a pipe too! He passed away back in 2001. I miss the times we had, but really miss the times we didn't have. Take care Scott, you have a beautiful family and many more memories to make!

Awe Scott, you are really tugging on my heart strings! It is so nice to reflect on our lives once in awhile and remember the past so fondly. It certainly sounds like the apple didn't fall far from the tree!
