The Clock Tower, colloquially known as Big Ben (a name that originally referred only to the main bell)

London

The Clock Tower is a turret clock structure at the north-eastern end of the Houses of Parliament building in Westminster, London, United Kingdom, popularly known as "Big Ben". Originally, the nickname applied solely to the clock's main bell. With time, it came to designate the whole tower. The Clock Tower has also been referred to as St. Stephen's Tower or The Tower of Big Ben.

Big ben is the name of the bell, not the tower or the clock.
