This big old boy was hunting elk calves. This should have been the first of 7 in a series. Since I loaded them on backwards it is #7. I watched as he went up the hill to a very nervous cow. She flushed out when he entered some bushes. He came out a minute or so later with the calf. So quickly I missed the shot. Only ran about 50 yds to some pines and had lunch.
