cost of energy has increased? More people grumble about it and maybe a few will email or call their representatives, but life pretty much goes on as it did
before. And then what happens when an energy company causes a huge ecological disaster? A few more people grumble because they have been put out
of work or will lose their companies. And a few will grumble because they can't enjoy their favorite beach because a tar ball has washed up on it. And a few
will grumble because they can't eat at their favorite fish house on Friday because fishing has been banned. A few of those grumblers will email or call their
representatives. A few will write to their local newspaper and complain. A few will boycott the energy company... until their next fill up. And a few will watch
an underwater pipe gush oil live on television until news of the world cup or who will divvy up MJ's estate comes on, and life will pretty much go on as it
