Hehehe ......I locate my spectacles and realise
that I have missed the point of this image!
My 20/60 vision could not resolve the images
on those little TV screens .... so those are the
little children you refer to!

But taking the dialectic of your thesis "Political apathy"
to its logical and global conclusion, one must counter
that what this does to your little children, pales into
insignificance to what it does to the billions of children
around the world.

This is so because we are dealing a global empire that is
impacting negatively on the lives of billions. The tragedy
emanates from the fact that it is not being kept in check by
its constituency because of the political apathy engineered
by powerful and diabolical vested interests.

Maybe you can explore the dialectic of this global impact
in your next "profound and eloquent socio-politico-economic commentary"

!!

Yes, Scott, it does.
But these poor children are in the thrall of this great delusion which has been engineered by powerful vested interests who now straddle the globe, wreaking untold misery.

This poltical apathy is an ingeniously diabolical strategy to weaken national governments globally and thereby rob them of their power to act in the interests of their citizens, especially the poor and vulnerable, who can now be thrown to the wolves with impunity.

Much of the proceeds of the entertainment industry goes towards money-for-political-favours and other corruption, further incapacitating our governments and compromising their legitamacy.

And this entertainment industry is the most powerful tool to extend cultural imperialism, which is far more potent than political or economic imperialism, in the interests of economic and political elites.

This image is the most profound and eloquent socio-politico-economic commentary I have ever seen, and the most timely!

It is deserving of the most effusive accolades and immeasureable gratitude of the global community !!

I am humbled and exalted ...........
