Pana FZ10 shown with TC's TCON-14B and TCON-17 stacked.
I personally use the DPS9000 battery pack all the time and mount it to the centering plate,
then mount the Bogen "QR" plate to the battery. It is sturdy and solid enough for the lens applications
the FZ10 will see on the TLS. It's also solid on a tripod without a TLS when no TC lens is added.
HOWEVER, when added, the DPS9000 battery pack will prevent the access door from opening.
To open door with DPS9000 attached, simply loosen the battery pack and rotate it 90° to allow door to open.
(This is not a problem for me as I don't keep a battery in there and the card stays in the camera for foto downloads to PC.)
